Lenson woke me up after he was done bathing and all. We left house together and he dropped me at Ubi station after dropping his mum and grandma off at the polyclinic and driving through at McDonald's to buy breakfast for me LOL. Have been feeling extremely sleepy after waking up for the past few days. It feels like sleep is never enough unless I'm waking up at 10am lol. Anyway, I had breakfast at the office and then took like a 30 mins nap after that. Still felt like a zombie after the nap though. Z was still not at the office at 11am. I wonder if he's out for a meeting (nothing keyed in on calendar though), or skipping work, or being delibrately late. Have things to discuss with him lol.

Usually, I'll step out of house by 8.30am latest. Today, I woke up at 8.45am and that's because Lenson called me. Facepalmed the moment I realised I have been snoozing my alarm since it rang. Loool. Apparently, the consecutive alarms failed to wake me up this morning and that's how tired I was. Didn't bother to cab because J is overseas. Was a little worried that Z will say anything that will baotoh me but I reached office, checked WhatsApp and realised Z will be on MC lol. He has been on MC quite often recently. Even BH (or was it Brian) went like, "Again?" when I told him Z on MC. Work was kinda hectic. It was periodically chill then chaos, chill then chaos. Am pretty excited for Lotti to come join me. At least I'll have a lunch buddy and someone dependable to work with after the interns are gone. Went back to Lenson's house for dinner. Decided to stay over tonight and finish up the wedding script. Managed to finish up the English portion. ...

Second time that I am accompanying Lenson's mum and maternal grandma to the supermarket. It's kind of like my new Sunday routine now. Spending time with his grandma makes my heart warmth. In a way, I'm helping Lenson to accompany his grandma. It's regretful how I never got to spend much time with mine. I miss her -- my maternal grandma. Although I get along pretty well with Lenson's grandma, I still don't feel like they take me completely as their own granddaughter. Which is understandable because they have their own granddaughter and they will obviously be closes to them. I just feel kind of sad that I don't have a grandma that I am super close to now. I wish my grandma has a chance to get to know Lenson. He is by far the best guy that I have ever dated, and after all, the partner I choose for the rest of my life. Went to facial after that. When I started fighting Zak about like maybe 3 weeks ago, my characters always died. Partly because I didn't get what was going on (such as what to avoid), and my armour was weak. Then Horntail came out and shit got worse. In addition to the not knowing what was going on and weak armour, Horntail was especially laggy. My HP would be reduced to 0 the moment I stepped into the map. Because of all the above factors, my total damage would always be the least among all the players. I even scolded in a pub game once because I lagged badly, couldn't heal and kept dying even before I could press anything. The pub players were scolding "bs noob" and "bs sleeping is it". Sometimes, I wish the gaming community could be more helpful. At that moment, if someone were to stepped up and pointed out what was wrong with the items I wore, or directed me to a guide that teaches me how to survive Zakum, I would have been super grateful. Fastforward to 3 weeks late...

As AuditionSEA is about to conclude its journey, it cut off one-by-one some of the features. One of which is the purchasing of in-game items from the mall. Dodo and I were supposed to have the LP on 18th Aug. I saw his message after crossing the checkpoint back into Singapore yesterday and told him the sad truth. Anyway, we decided to meet online the next day, which is today. Surprisingly though, I was able to purchase the LP tickets. The thing is though that because of missing files or whatnot, Dodo wasn't able to proceed with the LP normally. The game would crash on his side everytime we tried to proceed with the LP. That was incredibly sad because I really wanted to achieve the old max ring. At least then we can add that to the list of memories we share. Dodo was, is and always will be a very very special friend. I remembered all the reasons why I adored him then and I still remember all those reasons now. Dodo and I were supposed to LP on 18th Aug. But it dawned on me that the mall has removed sales of all items which means I wasn't able to get the LP ticket anymore so in the end, I went JB with Lenny for a shopping trip. Let's talk about the shopping trip first HAHA. I think I kinda get why people enjoy shopping. It feels so 痛快 when you get to really shop to your fill. I got about 5 sets of clothings for myself. Inclusive of a couple tee with Lenson. We have I think, 3 sets of couple tee now? It's red this time! Bought clothings that I think I will like, but don't usually have them in my closet. Used to love black a lot but recently feel that I should add some colours to my wardrobe before age catches up and then I am restricted to lesser colours. The kind of love I have for stationery is comparable to an average person's love for their passion. While I am not a hardcore collector of stationery like I used to, I still value each and ever single stationery I own. From even an eraser to notebooks. I'm sure I'm not the only one who hates it when people uses the eraser at the back of the mechanical pencil, when people don't cap back their pens after use, when people uses a marker to draw along the side of a plastic ruler and leave the ink stain there. Yes, I'm super particular about my stationery. Which is why I dislike it when people borrow them. I would much rather share my food and drinks than to share my stationery. The last time Z borrows my mechanical pencil. He used the brand new eraser at the back of it. Today, I took MC. Reason being I was sick, for real. Bad coughing. And also because I needed the time off from work to settle the HDB unit choosing. Originally, I had wanted to let Lenson go alone instead but I decided that it was a once in a lifetime thing, so I wanted to be there too. Glad we went together because it's such an awesome experience. Deciding and finalizing which unit we wanted, then being given the floorplan and address. We were told that they keys will be ready to be collected in 2021. Haha, that's 3 years from now for us to decide how we want to do up the house, what to use the rooms for, etc. Settled lunch and hung around Toa Payoh for a while before we headed off to Plaza Sing. We were meeting our solemnizer. It started off with us being heartened that she stays in contact with couples even after the wedding. It's like knowing someone who has terminal cancer, knowing he/she will pass on any time but not knowing when. Despite being mentally and emotionally prepared for the dreaded day, you can't help but feel like your heart stop for a second when the day actually arrives. My heart stopped for a moment when I came across the news. AuditionSEA's player base has been dropping for a while. The server has been quieter and quieter. It was no surprise. The community was toxic with the same old few people spreading their cancerous vibe. Asiasoft invested close to zero effort in hyping up the game. The originally active and friendly players had all grown up and started to be occupied with work or studies. Including me. not the active and friendly players part but definitely the work part. It's almost the same as chasing a drama for months and years, and finally when the drama ended, we're at a loss of what to do and how to feel. Is it being empty? Is it being sad? ...

[10:54] We went out to celebrate Priyam's last day of internship yesterday after work. Yes, today is his last day. It's like a a new tradition within our group. The young people I mean. We went to an Indian restaurant. Raj (yes, he came after his work at his new intern office to meet with us) and Priyam were basically the hosts that took care of what we should eat and Priyam showed us how to eat certain food. Starting from last week, I was tasked to mine for data. The process supposedly is like this. (1) I go to the website Z gives. The website has company names, contacts of the person-in-charge, company's address, and other info. (2) I take these info and put them in an Google Spreadsheet. (3) I cold call these companies and ask them for their interest in the service we wanna offer. I fucking hate cold calling. Most of the time, it's of no use and a waste of time. Plus, there's too much details of the service for anyone to easily understand over phone call. Email is more efficient. I think the Universe heard me because the landline phone broke down. #ThankYouUniverse. So I started with the cold emails.
