19th Aug 2018: Dodo and Chair in AuditionSEA

As AuditionSEA is about to conclude its journey, it cut off one-by-one some of the features. One of which is the purchasing of in-game items from the mall.

Dodo and I were supposed to have the LP on 18th Aug. I saw his message after crossing the checkpoint back into Singapore yesterday and told him the sad truth. Anyway, we decided to meet online the next day, which is today.

Surprisingly though, I was able to purchase the LP tickets. The thing is though that because of missing files or whatnot, Dodo wasn't able to proceed with the LP normally. The game would crash on his side everytime we tried to proceed with the LP.

That was incredibly sad because I really wanted to achieve the old max ring. At least then we can add that to the list of memories we share.

Dodo was, is and always will be a very very special friend. I remembered all the reasons why I adored him then and I still remember all those reasons now.

Tonight, as we played many rounds of Can Can 8k Ballroom dance together, and failed the LPs, he kept chasing me to sleep. It reminded me of the old times when he would keep nagging at me for many things. The caring side of him never ceased and that's something so gold about him.

23th Aug 2018 marks the 5th year wedding anniversary of BennesZ (my guy account) and AnnesZ (because he created this girl account), either that or InOrder and R1ku (both are his accounts). Both of couples I completed the wedding party for.

Whatever we built in the game (we referring to myself and other people who I connected with in the past), I can only takeaway in the form of screenshots. Nevertheless, I will always keep in my heart, the friendships formed and laughters shared.

Fortunately, people like Boon, Dodo and even Sweetheart, are solid proofs that the game existed and that we had all devoted a portion of our lives to it together. It's amazing how the game connected us all.

I'll always remember ~LOONIES~, -DanceCult- and Legends FAMs too.

I could only hope that all the precious memories will stay with me and that they don't continue fading oblivion.

Things are not getting better at all. I feel that I am losing grip of my life, like a puppet just being string along daily, by everyone and everything. I feel like a good for nothing who can do nothing right. Not even in things that I am interested in. Heck, I don’t even think I am getting the basics right, like breathing and even the use of vocal cords to talk or sing. At this point of time, I’m questioning why am I even on Earth and whether there’s any purpose for me to live on for. 16th Sep 2019: My First Ever Resignation Letter

Not much explanation is needed for the content of this post. After struggling for 9 months, yes, I have submitted the letter. The letter was first drafted last year, after I got to know of the promotion and pay raise that I did not have. Then subsequently revised a few more times to dampen the angst and steer it towards a more professional tone. Despite preparing for this moment for months, it was still a tough decision to make even until the point where I hit "Enter" to send it out. What am I going to do after submitting this letter? Will I be able to deal with the uncertainties. Where am I going to head to after my last day of work? Can I handle what is about to come? Amidst these myriads of thoughts, I still come to the same conclusion that this wasn't a rash decision and it was a careful choice that I have decided on albeit not the smartest one that I could have made. Between money and sanity, I chose the latter. Together with my dignity.
