30th Jul 2018: Yet Another Day of Being Annoyed at Work
This morning, Z asked me for the nearest MRT station to office. I told him Tiong Bahru. He asked which bus to take from Tiong Bahru.
It's a simple question which I can easily answer but I feel just so fed up. Mainly because I don't know why he doesn't wanna use Google Map. Why do I feel annoyed? I asked him for the address and how to go of another location previously and he told me to use Google Maps. Lol. Why doesn't he do what he fking preach.
Contempt is definitely building up for some reason, and for quite a while already.
It started out with him being incredibly messy. Then it became the wrong use of English words which changes the meaning of sentences. Example, using "compromises" instead of "comprises of". His English is so bad sometimes. This morning, he asked me if it's a single 'p' or double 'p' in the word 'Maple'. I dk, what do you think?
Then today he borrowed my mechanical pencil. And he used the eraser at the back of it. Wtf. Can't he see that it's never used before? And why can't he just bring his own stationery instead? Everything also borrow. Borrow every time never put back to its original place.
It's not like I wanna be selfish or be a bad colleague. I want to work harmoniously with my coworkers but this is slowly getting too much for me to take.
Just a few minutes ago, he input information into the company's shared Trello board without a proper formatting. Sure, it takes less time now to just copy and paste things inside. Next time? Anyone (including himself) is gonna have a bad time trying to find the specific information they need.
And this is damn stupid considering how J is so speed-oriented. How many times have Z got scolded for not being able to retrieve information in time and yet he still wanna do things to slow himself down.
I can never understand wtf he is thinking. How am I supposed to continue working with him. Talking to him properly doesn't work also.
