17th Jul 2018: Getting a Wireless Charger

The day at work was exhausting.

Documents and files still feel like they were everywhere in the Google Drive. It's still far from ideal, the speed and ease taken to find a specific document. I spent the work hours mostly on preparing documents to help make the communication for onboarding clients easier. Hopefully, it's gonna be of value to whoever is meeting clients (including myself in the future maybe).

Went to Lenny's house for dinner after work. Didn't eat much before I was still full from the lunch in the noon left from the food catering.

After dinner, Lenny and I headed to IKEA where we bought quite a number of stuffs, including a new jar for me to put makeup sponges, my wireless charger, a new blind for himself (as screen for our movie nights), and lightbulbs for my vanity area in his room.

The new wallpaper in his room was done earlier on in the day and it is amazingly nice. Now, his room looks like a room+hotel combined.

Okay, that's a weird description. Since we are usually staying in rooms at hotels lol. What I was trying to say is that, while it has the aesthetic of a hotel look (specifically the walls), it still gives off a homely vibe because it is after all, a room that's filled with our own stuffs. And a room that we are very familiar with.

Part of me is looking forward to shifting in with him. Part of me is not for two reasons. First being I'll be away from my own home. Which is something I dread. People who know me well knows I am very very attached to my own family and home. I get home sick the moment the plane takes off from Changi Airport lol. Second being, I have a feeling Lenny and I might end up fighting one of these days because he is much of a bigger neat freak I am when it comes to living space. I might not be able to live up to his expectations wtf.

That aside, I'm really excited to start using my wireless charger at work tomorrow!
