02nd June 2018: Gymed with Rinn, BBQ in the Evening

As per discussed previously when Rinn came to find me impromptu-ly with Tike, we confirmed to have a BBQ at Lenny's house.

Originally, these were the people involved: Lenny, me, Rinn, Rem, WH, RH, Troy and CSJ. However, because of the lack of response, I left the group chat and in the end, it was: Lenny, me, Rinn, Rem, Kimchu, Lotti and Kingu.

Earlier in the day, I met up with Rinn at Serangoon station we we can take bus to Lenny's house to put our stuffs and went to the gym. Lenny had to go back my place and helped me take extra set of undergarments because I didn't have any extras at his house.

Lenny went up to his house first while I was bathing in the common bathroom of the condo, after passing me my undergarments. Rinn and I went up to find him after that and we went shopping for the BBQ food together.

We started the BBQ with some chicken and broccoli. Yes broccoli LOL.

Rinn and I went down to look for Kimchu, Lotti and Kingu because they kinda lost their way in the carpark.

Rinn then stayed downstairs to wait for Rem.

The BBQ was fun but poor Lenny ended up cleaning up most stuffs alone. Kingu and Rem helped with the BBQ of food. Lotti and Kimchu rested on the chair most of the time but I don't mind that. Only wished everyone helped a bit with the clean up because I think Lenny is kind of averted to hosting anymore BBQ with my friends loloopsfml.

Kingu, Rem and Lenny also shifted Lenny's old BBQ pit to the first floor.

Regardless. I am thankful for everyone's presence that evening :) .

Things are not getting better at all. I feel that I am losing grip of my life, like a puppet just being string along daily, by everyone and everything. I feel like a good for nothing who can do nothing right. Not even in things that I am interested in. Heck, I don’t even think I am getting the basics right, like breathing and even the use of vocal cords to talk or sing. At this point of time, I’m questioning why am I even on Earth and whether there’s any purpose for me to live on for. 16th Sep 2019: My First Ever Resignation Letter

Not much explanation is needed for the content of this post. After struggling for 9 months, yes, I have submitted the letter. The letter was first drafted last year, after I got to know of the promotion and pay raise that I did not have. Then subsequently revised a few more times to dampen the angst and steer it towards a more professional tone. Despite preparing for this moment for months, it was still a tough decision to make even until the point where I hit "Enter" to send it out. What am I going to do after submitting this letter? Will I be able to deal with the uncertainties. Where am I going to head to after my last day of work? Can I handle what is about to come? Amidst these myriads of thoughts, I still come to the same conclusion that this wasn't a rash decision and it was a careful choice that I have decided on albeit not the smartest one that I could have made. Between money and sanity, I chose the latter. Together with my dignity.
