12th Sep 2018: Feelings about Konbini
I try to blog every day but it's a challenge because Blogger don't really have an easy to use app. Sadly.
Since working, most of my days are pretty ordinary. I wouldn't say mundane because my life is far from that. There's always things happening at work that's share-worthy.
One of the reason why I chose to work at Konbini is because of the vibe that I felt for it. Despite knowing that the boss isn't easiest to work with, the work environment is generally still fun.
It started with the two interns from NYP, ZT and Zul, especially ZT. He was really funny and easy-going. I felt sad when they left but the batch of interns after them were even better.
Jessica was the string that tied everyone together. BH and Brian from SUTD, Raj and Priyam from NUS, Jessica herself and Hakim from NYP. Every day was filled with laughter and I really looked forward to work.
Now that that batch of interns left (except for Brian who Jing engaged to work part time), the office has quietened down by soooooooo much. I miss the kind of life the office had but I guess it's inevitable that there are bound to be quiet moments because people come and go too often.
Nevertheless, it's heartening that I have Lotti working with me. Jing seems to be fine with her so all is well. Hopefully, work will never affect our friendship.
